About Me
I am a freelance journalist passionate about covering anything from politics to pop culture and more. I am also a graduate student part of Western University's Master of Media in Journalism & Communication program.
Currently, I work as a researcher for The Globe and Mail's "Find an Advisor" directory as well as an occasional writer. I have previously worked at the publication as a content editor and newsletter producer as well. Some of my most memorable moments were working directly alongside reporters who were in Paris for the Summer 2024 Olympics and watching a quiet newsroom come to life during the first assassination attempt on Donald Trump while working my first solo evening shift on a Saturday night.
Previously, I was the managing editor at Her Campus at Toronto MU and the communities editor at The Eyeopener. At these campus publications, I pitched and produced stories, managed writers and ensured publication standards were maintained through rigorous editing and fact-checking.
I'm always eager to explore new and worthwhile stories as I know the world is full of them, it's just a matter of knowing where to look.
